Once more, it has been a very long time since I updated! Hopefully I will be better soon! Here is a short bullet point update:

 

1. Tangled Yoke is still ongoing — I am up to the Tangled Yoke part, and am struggling to find a time when I have the energy and bravery to do it. I don’t like the chart, I’m finding my perception is too poor to properly see the difference between the various symbols.
2. I am knitting a pair of socks for a friend. I have finished the first one, and stalled at the second as I did not write down what I was doing as I did it. Not clever. I can figure it out, no doubt, but have similar issues with motivation and energy.
3. I am knitting a pair of socks for myself. Straight stocking stitch in Cherry Tree Hill yarn, in the Jewels colourway. These are going very fast indeed. I want to get the same colourway again and make a pair for my flatmate, making a nice play on the fact that her name is Julie (Jules, Jewels, get it? Yes, it’s obvious!)
4. I have just ordered a drop spindle from Kraft Mania, which is both exciting and scary!
